The National Energy Assistance Directors Association, the folks who help distribute aid so that low-income families can pay their heat bills, says home heating costs will by 17.2 percent higher than last winter.
I put that in the same category as those who say food inflation is only 11 percent. In other words, I think the true cost will be much higher.
