The only good thing about a nuclear war between India and Pakistan is we are far away. By the time fallout reaches the United States, its radioactivity will have been reduced by a factor somewhere between 100 and 1,000 times, making it far less dangerous. The citizens of countries immediately down wind, like China, Bangladesh, and Vietnam, will have more to worry about.

As bad as nuclear war sounds, its much better when it happens far away. Our biggest danger is that it might increase the chances that another country uses nuclear weapons.
