Food poisoning is no fun. I guess you could consider it training for a post-SHTF scenario, but its not something I want to do voluntarily!

Being sick on the homestead is a hassle, but being sick in a SHTF scenario will be worse. Still, its not a fun lesson.

Pete is laid up with one of the many viruses making the rounds. Our rate of posting may drop off for a few days until he makes a recovery.

Today, strep throat or a minor infection are easily dealt with. That won't be the case after a SHTF incident when there are no doctors or hospitals.
