Sure, preppers store rice and beans, but the impact of rice prices climbing 50 percent since 2022 is going to be felt in the third world far more than in the pantries of preppers. Analysts say the impact on global food markets will be worse than it was during the 2008 Great Recession, which led to the Arab Spring.
