You may have heard about this on YouTube, but chances are you haven’t seen it in the mainstream press: Russia is engaging in a country-wide nuclear drill that imagines would would happen if the U.S. attacked them with nuclear warheads, destroying up to 70 percent of the country.
So why would Putin run this national test and risk frightening the populace? What does Russia know or suspect? Does Putin threatened, or do they plan to use nukes first and expect the U.S. to respond? I’ll let you decided.
