It a bit of a turnaround, China’s President Xi Jinping pushed for peace talks between Ukraine and Russia and agreed that using nuclear weapons “would be crossing a line.”
Meanwhile, North Korea continues to launch missiles and North and South Korea have seem to be escalating their response to each other. No sign yet if Xi will warn North Korea to tune things down. U.S. experts expect North Korea to set of a nuclear test blast any time now, possibly right before the U.S. mid-term elections.
