This interesting article and its impressive photos tell the story of rain, snow, flooding and record breaking weather that hit California in the past few months.
To me, it’s a good demonstration of why you need to pick your home base with care. California may be beautiful, but it seems to be the epicenter for natural disasters and a fair number of man-made problems as well.
