I realized today that it has been three days since I had actually gone outside and seen the sun, due in part to some bad weather, so I forced my wife to take me for a walk. The weather was crisp and clear, good walking weather. I’ve now had my exercise and a dose of vitamin D.

Not only in the U.S., but worldwide, we are seeing number of COVID-19 infections start to plateau. This is leading to questions about when stay hoe orders will be relaxed, but the answer is: Not soon.
